SSAIB - what is it and why can I trust it?

Firstly, SSAIB stands for Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board.
Being SSAIB approved means a company is competent and demonstrates financial integrity in the day to day running of their business.
It also means they are technically competent with regards to fire detection, fire alarms, and security alarms. They also carry out their work ethically.
If you are trying to get insurance for your business/property, you will meet (or even exceed) your insurer's requirements by having the work done by a SSAIB approved company.
