Trust Mark - why can I trust it?
Fortress Electrical are Trust Mark approved - and they had to fulfill a range of criteria to get that recognition.

Trust Mark is a scheme supported by the Government, helping consumers find trustworthy and reliable companies when looking searching for a trademan.
In order to gain the Trust Mark stamp of approval, Fortress Electrical had to have their technical skills checked by a series of on-site inspections. Checks were also carried out on their trading record and financial status.
Fortress Electrical also signed a code of practice, which confirms to regulations on insurance, customer care and healthy safety. They also have to offer an Insurance Backed Warranty and Deposit Protection insurance is available.
Their experience and knowledge means they can inform you of any building regulations that effect the work you are having carried out. And in the rare case of a dispute, Fortress Electrical are assured to be friendly and helpful in resolving any issues.
Fortress Electrical, Fire and Security Services Ltd are registered through the Trust Mark with NAPIT - the National Association for Professional Inspectors and Testers, and so NAPIT will continue to monitor Fortress' trading practices, quality of work and their levels of customer satisfaction.
